  • Book your stay directly with the hotel – by phone, email or via our website www.ahorn-hotels.de (not through tour operators or external booking sites).

  • You can collect your AHORN bonus card at reception in any of the AHORN Hotels & Resorts.

  • Don’t forget: have your stay stamped when you check out.

  • Once you have collected 10 stamps, you will receive your 11th night free of charge at an AHORN Hotels & Resorts of your choice.

  • The free night can be booked by telephone or email. Online booking is currently not technically possible.

Do you have any questions about our loyalty scheme? To help you find the right answer quickly, we’ve put together a list of the most frequently asked questions and answers for you here.

  • You can collect your personal loyalty card from reception if you wish. Just ask us!

  • One stamp corresponds to one paid overnight stay per room booked directly with the hotel via its own website (www.ahorn-hotels.de), by telephone or by email. (Not via travel agencies, coach operators, conference organisers or external internet portals such as Booking.com, HRS or other providers)

  • The Bonus Card holder earns bonus stamps exclusively for the room they are staying in and which they have booked directly. Rooms booked by fellow travellers and additional children’s rooms are excluded from this. As the Bonus Card is linked to a specific individual, stamps can only be awarded if the person who made the booking or the person paying is the same as the Bonus Card holder. Guests making a reservation on behalf of a group will only receive bonus stamps for the room they are staying in themselves.

  • Bonus stamps are awarded only for the room in which you are staying. If two BonusCard holders share a room, only one BonusCard can be taken into account.

  • If the card is lost, it is unfortunately not possible, for technical reasons, to retroactively transfer previous stays or issue a replacement card with the stamps already collected.

  • It is not possible to add stamps retrospectively. Please have your bonus stamps added at reception when you check out.

  • From 1 February 2023, your loyalty will be rewarded even more. Guests benefit from various status levels and additional amenities for rooms booked directly and occupied by themselves. The number of bookings is recorded digitally, so you can automatically progress to the next status level.

    VIP status is an additional bonus programme where the number of stays counts, whilst the BonusCard rewards overnight stays with bonus stamps. Due to legal requirements in the EU and Germany, only stays from the last ten years are taken into account for the VIP status calculation. This calculation is carried out daily, so status changes are regularly checked and updated.

    Stays with a redeemed bonus night are only recognised for status level calculation if the turnover is €200 or more. The status level is recorded automatically, is personal, non-transferable and cannot be changed retrospectively. We recommend that you always make your bookings under the same name to ensure your loyalty is recorded correctly.

  • Once you have collected 10 stamps, you can book your 11th night free of charge at one of the AHORN Hotels & Resorts.

    • The free night, including half-board, can only be booked on request and subject to availability – exclusively by telephone or email. Online booking is not possible.
    • The offer can only be redeemed as part of a new booking with at least one paid night at standard or early-bird rates (excluding public holidays, packages and special offers). One free night or one full bonus card may be redeemed per stay. Multiple free nights cannot be combined for a single consecutive stay.
    • The free night is non-transferable, cannot be added to existing bookings and is not redeemable for cash. Only one personalised bonus card may be redeemed per room occupied by the guest. The confirmation coupon from the stamp card must be handed in at reception upon redemption.

Your VIP status in the AHORN Hotels & Resorts loyalty programme is calculated automatically based on your direct bookings over the last 10 years. Bookings made through tour operators, external online portals or other intermediaries are not taken into account.

VIP status is personal, non-transferable and cannot be changed retrospectively. To ensure your stays are recorded correctly, we recommend that you always make your reservations under the same name.
