For hygiene reasons, we have designated certain rooms in our hotel where guests may stay with their dogs. As the number of rooms where dogs are permitted is limited, you must register your dog at the time of booking, and your stay with your dog is only possible following confirmation from the hotel. Unfortunately, other animals are not permitted.

Please note that if you register your dog after your booking has been confirmed, the hotel may still have to refuse your booking if the designated dog-friendly rooms are already fully booked.

Yes, Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the hotel.

Electric charging points with a charging capacity of 22 kW are available right next to the hotel. The eMH3 Twin model allows two vehicles to be charged simultaneously, each at 11 kW. Please note that no charging cable is provided – so please bring your own.

Depending on the battery capacity, charging takes approximately two to four hours. The charging points are operated by ENGIE Deutschland, one of Europe’s leading providers of charging solutions.
