Our Active Team is the entertainment and leisure team at the AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. Every day, they ensure a great atmosphere, plenty of activity and a varied programme of entertainment. Whether it’s sport, games, creative activities or exciting children’s programmes featuring our mascot YOKI AHORN – there’s always something for guests of all ages.

Tip: You can borrow a wide selection of games, such as board and dice games, free of charge from us.

Some of our activities are organised exclusively by the Active Team, including archery, laser rifle shooting and feeding the goats.

The Active Team is the entertainment and leisure team at the AHORN Harz Hotel Braunlage. Every day, it organises a varied programme of leisure and entertainment activities for guests of all ages. The aim is to provide opportunities for exercise, fun and shared holiday experiences during guests’ stay – in a relaxed and straightforward manner, right here at the hotel.
No, childcare is not provided. We holiday as a family, so a parent or guardian must always be present during activities with the Active Team.
Many leisure activities organised by the Active Team are already included for our guests. A small fee is charged only for a few activities, some of which are organised by external providers. These are marked accordingly in the leisure programme.
Yes, all six family hotels in the AHORN Hotels & Resorts group have an Active Team that organises a varied leisure programme and ensures unforgettable holiday experiences every day.
Our leisure programme is updated weekly. You will usually receive a preview covering up to two weeks in advance. Please note that changes may be made at short notice due to weather conditions or for organisational reasons.
