Our Active Team is the entertainment and leisure team at the AHORN Berghotel Friedrichroda. We organise special activities for all age groups that help foster a sense of family. Our varied programmes, packed with fun and adventure, encourage shared experiences and strengthen bonds. Our aim: to create unforgettable moments for every guest – and to leave them looking forward to their next visit.

Please note: The Active Team does not provide childcare. An adult supervisor must accompany children during all activities.
About the leisure programme
Some activities are offered exclusively in conjunction with the Active Team, including archery, laser rifle shooting and feeding the goats.

To help you plan ahead, we offer a fixed programme of weekly leisure activities. The programme is regularly supplemented with new ideas from our Active Team. Whether it’s on the beach at Lübbesee, evening games, or active play for the little ones – there’s something for everyone.

The Active Team is the entertainment and leisure team at the AHORN Berghotel Friedrichroda. Every day, it offers a varied programme for guests of all ages – featuring exercise, fun and shared holiday experiences right here at the hotel.
Many leisure activities with the Active Team are already included. A small fee applies to a few activities, some of which are organised by external providers; these are marked accordingly in the leisure programme.
Yes, the Active Team is on hand at all six family hotels in the AHORN Hotels & Resorts portfolio, ensuring a varied and unforgettable holiday every day.
Our leisure programme is updated weekly, usually with a forecast covering up to two weeks. Changes may be made at short notice due to weather conditions or organisational reasons.
