        A lovely hotel for all ages. A varied programme of activities is offered every day. A great base for exploring Oberhof. The hotel is situated at the highest point, offering a fine view of the town.

        Location, atmosphere and service were top-notch. We were lucky enough to spend New Year’s Eve at the hotel. It was brilliant. The food was absolutely delicious, there was dancing in every room, and the hotel manager, Mrs Schambach, went round to every table to ask how everyone was getting on.

        The hotel is lovely, with plenty of leisure activities for children. However, these are more suitable in the summer. It would also be better to highlight the parking charges at the time of booking, perhaps offering the option to book them straight away, and to include information about the visitor’s tax as well.

        A very large and beautiful hotel right on the Fichtelberg, with fantastic views of the Fichtelberg ski slope and Oberwiesenthal. Excellent, generous breakfasts and dinners, and plenty of things to do, such as a bar, cinema, table tennis and more.
