        The hotel is ideal if you’re travelling with children – in my case, with my granddaughter. It has plenty to offer children, and we made use of the hotel’s swimming pool every day, for example. Our room was quiet and comfortably furnished.

The rooms we booked (one Classic and one Comfort room), both on the dog-friendly floor (1st floor), were clean and in a great location. The selection of food for breakfast and dinner in the half-board restaurant was generous and plentiful.

        The hotel is situated in a wooded area in the Uckermark, right on the shores of Lake Lübbe. It is ideal for couples as well as families with children. There are various activities on offer both in the hotel and outdoors. I particularly enjoyed the cinema and the indoor pool. This was our third visit. On New Year’s Eve, there was an absolutely fantastic buffet. Unforgettable!!!

        The hotel is lovely, with plenty of leisure activities for children. However, these are more suitable in the summer. It would also be better to highlight the parking charges at the time of booking, perhaps offering the option to book them straight away, and to include information about the visitor’s tax as well.

        There were three of us in a standard room. It was certainly small, but perfectly adequate. The beds were brilliant, and they brought us a second pillow straight away. The half-board meals here are truly excellent. We were surprised by the quality and variety on our first evening.
